So Exhausted!!! Is it time to eat more?

Hi,

I have been really busy socially and at work recently... and I am getting MORE and MORE exhausted :cry:.

So, I have started to eat a meal every now and then (part of AAMW list) to keep my energy up.

Does anyone have any advice on how to over come this? I don't want to stop the diet after doing SOOOOO WELL!! But when I am exhausted I feel like I need FOOD! ARGH!

HELP!

My opinion for what it is worth is that you do what you need to do to get you through this diet. I am sure there are good weeks when you fly through and bad weeks when you struggle. If you are feeling truly awful and a small occasional aam helps then I personally can't see why you shouldn't have it or you might get so fed up you could throw the towel in. Hey its not like you have said sod it and eaten a huge curry or chinese is it. as long as you are in control and accept the weightloss may not be as fast as others what the heck. That way you won't feel a faliure and on the good days will be more able to SS knowing you have that saftey net on the odd occasion you need it.
Not sure everyone will agree with me though LOL.
