Hi

I just joined this site today after coming across it on varies syn value searches. I was on slimming world and lost over 2 and a half stone. Two of which I have put back on....totally disgusted in myself. Enough about that though. I have to start again somewhere and today is the day!!!!! My strength of willpower is severely lacking so I will no doubt be a regular visitor here looking for someone to chat to to swap tips and recipes. Feeling positive.

Are you back on SW? You didn't say but as you did so well last time I guess you may well be. Have you explored the SW section of the forum? There are loads of posts over there and everyone is lovely and helpful!
