So, monday evening - how's it going guys?

What's everyone having/had for their tea tonight? I know it's late but I have a whole chicken in the oven roasting which I'm going to have with diced paprika oven baked potato's and broccoli. I might have to make a splash of gravy if it's too dry. I've hopefully managed to stay within my calorie allowance too if someone could tell me how many Kcals are in 100g of roast chicken breast (with no skin) and how many kcals are in boiled, then oven baked potato? I wanted to have some icecream but after I had x3 chocs at work I don't have enough kcals left! Ah well, I'll treat myself after body combat tomorrow night.

Hiya

I've just joined to getting to grips with the site!

I had veggie chilli, rice and salad and feel stuffed. Who knew dieting was so easy? haha

I had a mushroom and low fat cheese omelette (327cals) and two corn cracker thingies with a scraping of nutella (108 cals). Also I had another corn thingie with pineapple cottage cheese just now (about 50-60cals). I'm probably finished scoffing for the day now and I'm on 838cals total for the day.

I always feel guilty if I eat something I shouldn't and then the guilt makes me carrying on eating and then I feel worse and so it carries on. I know it's natural but it's really not a good frame of mind to be in, we all have to be conscious about what we eat and try not to give ourselves a hard time xxx
