So pleased with my willpower today

today we have been strawberry picking yum yum,well i want in the cafe for a drink,usually id go for a cappucino and cake but thought id be really good and just had a cup of tea the cakes looked divine but i resisted well,then went in the shop to pay for my strawberrys and had to buy some clotted cream buut it has the nutrition info on and works out and just under 4 so we will count it as 4 syns for a table spoon,yeah i know its high but im gonna so enjoy it with my strawberrys and jelly and even more so knowing im in control of my syns and having something i really like :break_diet:
