So this is the last 'diet'

Hello! I'm new, sort of.

I've been on mini mins and diets for years.. losing gaining losing gaining. This time is going to be my final lap, all the way to goal.

I started at 19, weighing 279lbs - that's 1lb off 20st!

By last October I'd got to (nearly) 23 and 183lbs. So close to goal.

I had a lapse and shot up to 208lbs by April this year. This is my new start weight and date.

So far I've lost 7lbs on my own but will be rejoining slimming world tomorrow.

I now weigh 201lbs and have an initial goal of 154lbs.

Get to 153lbs and I'll have lost 9st!

Any motivation is greatly received and anyone wanting to buddy up is even better :)
 
Welcome misschaos you can do this, it sounds like you are doing really well already, keep it up
 
Welcome to the forum, SW is not a Diet it's a healthy eating plan, don't put yourself in that position of being under pressure if you follow SW and follow it to the best you can then you will succeed, go for it mate, keep us informed and go for it ;)
 
That's what I love about sw. I can get to target and maintain afterwards without actually having to 'quit' the diet... its a life change forever :D

Rejoined last night! My Club10 is exactly my lowest weight before y recent weight gain and was already my first goal!
