So tired

    Im on week 6 (yippee!) and Im still feeling so tired and lethargic. Other people on here talk about having so much energy but not me...my pharmacist says that doesnt come till you're nearly at target boohoo:cry:

    LT affects different people in different ways, I personally don't feel tired at all, I just plod along, I go walking but keep it sensible as I know I am only on 400 calories a day. Just keep at it :D

    Hang on in there, Bev. I didn't have much energy for the first 8 or 9 weeks but I've been full of it ever since and I have a long way before I reach my target! :D

    Thanx guys, I motivated myself to get the washin out, walk the 'guest' dog and make the kids a scrummy tea, Plodding on!
