Is the day I am getting my arse back to a group! (thanks reveal for the free membership)

I did try to go it alone for a while and it really didnt work out for me!!! I love the group setting where you can sit and chat and share your journey with people who are going through the exact same thing as you!

I have probably gone back to my starting weight (if not more) So it will be a big loss needed of around 6 stone I think!

I went and bought some gorgeous rocky road hifi bars.... they sure curb my sweet tooth!

I have about 6-6.5 stone to get rid of! Let's hope I can stick to it!
