Its Sunday and for me its an up day
for breakfast I have had
cinnamon porridge with fresh raspberries
lunch was
granary baguette with dry fried mushrooms cherry tomatoes and grated cheese
dinner will be
vegetarian toad in the hole
with spinach carrots peas cabbage and dry roasted potatoes with gravy

no idea on calories I refuse to count them

Yesterday was an UD for me..... Boy oh boy... I had a terrible day yesterday! I know my calories were EXTREME!! Oh well!

Today is a MD for me... And Tomorrow is a DD. :))

So far today for me....
2 waffles (with cinnamon on it) 140
1/2 serving of syrup 110

Lunch is gonna be....
Soup - 100 cal and toast - 100 cal

By this point I will have had
450 in calories

Tonight its gonna be.
1 -2 pieces of pizza (I think, not sure yet about this)

Snack will probably be a bag of 100 cal popcorn.

Had a ww chicken soup for lunch with one slice of wholemeal toast (no spread), raisin slice for a snack, just had my dinner of salad with turkey slices and just about to have a muller light. That'll take me to 341 cals so far :D Will be having my french fries later and can of diet coke, and possible another raisin slice as will still be under my 480 cals!

2 and a half litres of water and a can of diet coke!!

Planning on a packet of wotsits another can of diet coke when Xfactor is on and that will be it!!

Got my wii and wii fit yesterday so have had a wee play saving the harder stuff for my UD tomorrow!!

Great going Claire, I keep thinking about having a really low dd without eating much (if anything at all) but longest I got on one was 4pm lol. I like my food lol!
