soda water?

    I drink soda water all the time, it's just carbonated, as long as it's not flavoured you're fine hun. enjoy it!!!

    Is it tesco's own make? i didnt know it had salt in it but i've had it since i started LT & i dont think it's slowed my weightloss or anything. I think it's fine, i suppose all water can have traces of salt (or is that just me being a bit dim?)

    Here ya go....explained below. I think were allowed Natural Sparkling Spring water but Soda water seems to have the salt apparently...

    In the past, soda water, also known as club soda, was produced in the home by "charging" a refillable seltzer bottle by filling it with water and then adding carbon dioxide. Club soda may be identical to plain carbonated water or it may contain a small amount of table salt, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium sulfate, or disodium phosphate, depending on the bottler. These additives are included to emulate the slightly salty taste of homemade soda water
