    Hi all,

Just wondering if Extra Low Fat Soft Cheese can be used as HEXA on EE? In particular, it's the Morrison's Reduced Fat Soft Cheese which works out as 1 1/2 syns per 28g. It's lower in kcals and sat. fat than Philly Extra Light!

    Thanks in advance!

Morrisons Eat Smart Extra Light Soft Cheese? 1.5 syns per 28g.
It's marked in my food directory as a HE-A but it's not in my Food Optimising book to give you the exact amount (it's quite old now!). I'm sure someone else will help out.

I texted my consultant and she said it doesn't count as a HEXA. Oh well, it's not too high in syns so I can use the HEXA for a cocoa before bed.
