Sole source and pregnacy?

Has anybody been doing sole source and got pregnant? Just curious as to what the gains wa when you had to move on to eating ASAP? I'm nowhere near target but I was contemplating once getting to target starting to try and then just jumping to eating healthy?

Hiya! I fell pregnant when I was maintaining, so not quite SS. But I was stupid and ate anything and everything. Consequently put two stone on. The worst weight gain was after for me though!
