I think you have to do 810 after 12 weeks, not SS+!

I'm not veggie myself, but you can have quorn mince and quorn chicken pieces so you could have stir fry with 1 cal spray? That sounds yum! Good luck :D

I'm confused by SS+ & 810

My cdc said SS+, is there much difference between SS+ & 810?

I found a list on here of a list of 810 options but they are different to the booklet & what my cdc has written in it.

810 says - 2 L eggs, my cdc said 2 medium eggs.
810 says - 275g quorn pieces/mince, my cdc says 200g.

I don't want to eat too much..... my weight loss is pretty rubbish already even though i'm on SS.

A stir fry sounds lovely :)

Thanks

SS+ is only 600cals and you have to do 810 cals after 12 weeks. Then you can go back to SS until you get down to BMI 25 + 1 stone.

The diet is not healthy if you just continue for ever on SS as your body gets used to it.

Oh i see..... wonder why my cdc said SS+ then.

I've been with 2 CDC over the past few years and neither of them ever mentioned 810 cals. Last time i went 17wks without doing the 810 cals before i got pregnant & came off of it. This time its only that i mentioned adding a meal that my cdc said 'oh yeah, you got the booklet yes, do SS+' and that was it.

Good thing i came on here & asked you guys.

Thanks ever so much, i shall have a read of the 810 cal list.
