    I've managed to get back on track today (so far) but yesterday was my last day at work as I am changing roles on Monday. My staff treated me to lunch out and there were nibbles in the office all day. I just couldn't stop myself once I'd started. Obviously I have still not managed to conquer my food obsession but am dreading my WI this week!!
