Someone give me a kick!!!

Well for the past week Iǘe been trying to get back on track after a week off. I had a few false starts tues and wed and was going great until yesterday and went off track. There is something about the weekend thats very hard, I used to have a eat rubbish and watch tv thing sat & sun and itś proving very hard to shake. I did manage to loose 3 lbs of the 6lbs I put on & thats good. If I keep going around in circles Iĺl be trying to diet forever and I don't want to do that :(

You hav to 'decide' this is it! Once u do that it is easy....

U need to want to loose weight more than u want to munch or snack, it's defo mind over matter.

Think of your goal and why you started. It's always hard getting back on it and I agree you need to make a decision tomorrow is the day and stick to it! You can do it!! And we are all here if you are struggling, good luck xx

Ya no more just giving up or having a nibble. Emotions are weird things and I shouldnt let them win when it comes to food. The funny thing is I'm more active now then ever, iḿ standing most of the day and running up and down stairs a lot too. The toilet is at the top floor,shop on the second and exit on the first and there is 24 steps to each floor. I have a gym membership being wasted as well. So tomorrow is my fresh start! Wish me luck:)
