Well for the past week Iǘe been trying to get back on track after a week off. I had a few false starts tues and wed and was going great until yesterday and went off track. There is something about the weekend thats very hard, I used to have a eat rubbish and watch tv thing sat & sun and itś proving very hard to shake. I did manage to loose 3 lbs of the 6lbs I put on & thats good. If I keep going around in circles Iĺl be trying to diet forever and I don't want to do that
