Something To Help You Stick To Your Diet

I basically just make a big red X on a calender for everyday that I follow my diet, after a few days I will have a chain going. The thing that makes it fun/easier is to make sure you don't break the chain! Keep the chain going!

It puts a huge emphasis on each day. Just 1 day could break the chain. I use this website as the calender

This could also be used for any goal you might have.

It helps me stick to my diet a lot!

Such a good idea. I might do a big red X for the days I follow my diet and then little green ones for the days that I exercise. Ooo can't wait to get home and attack the calendar.

What a great idea! I've bookmarked that page just now, but might actually pick up a wall calender today, so I can see it in the flesh, so to speak!

I never thought of doing this but it's an excellent idea. Thank you so much for mentioning it. I'm off to borrow some of my wee girl's felt tips and decorate my wall calander! :)
