good idea putting the food diary in here aswell! Im following weight watchers aswell. Using foodfocus.co.uk to calculate calories and fat. I will post my food up everyday and would realllly appreciate any feed back!

Sona, hun looks good except a boiled egg is way more than 1.5g of fat. An average ( medium sized egg, approx 58g,) egg has 5.8g of fat. That's per egg, not per 100g, which would almost double that 5.8g.

ETA Food Focus is great, BUT the only true accurate info you will get is from the labels of the food. I've noticed that sometimes FF is way out in its info x
 
ali thats the ww point not the g of fat!
sorry should have been more clear! my egg has 5g of fat in it!

the total cals and fat are at the bottom of the page!

I've been out this evening, and I was driving back home, I had a light bulb moment and realised that you were writing down your WW points. Feel free to kick my butt ;):D

Hi Sona

Mayo is about 12gm fat per tbsp - are you using the light version?

Even so thats 6gm per tbsp - quite a lot for a snack?

hey julie!

the mayo is helmans EXRTA light! lolz and it was for lunch!
i has 1 small tin of tuna and 1 table spoons of extra light mayo and i only put less that half of the whole mix in my pasta and put the other half in my hubbys sandwiches!
 
OK, I misread the 2 - must have been the WW points.

Sona I dont see much fruit and veg and how much water are you drinking a day hun?

I have some fruit mostly on my days shifts at work either a banana or an apple! not much of a fruit person im affraid! but will be looking in to getting some strawberries now that that are making an appearance!

i drink atleast 1.5 litersof water a day! take a bottle filled from home with me everyday! only problem is that this is working fine on a work day but at home i tend to drink less! :-(

Sorry have been away for a while, im at mums in newcastle and have been trying to stay within WW points. Although may have had some over Fatty meals as ive sufferd from side effetcs.... Worse than ever before!! also Maybe coz ive been on tabls again since saturday after taking 5 day off...

Hi hun it was a sinsbury own brand one and was probs more that 5/100g but it was difficult to avoide as i wasnt doing the shopping my mum was at her house!! I tried my best to atleast stick to WW points!!

Iv had a 5lb loss in the last 2 weeks though on an upside! :)
