If anyone wants to know how to make the amazing rice krispie chicken nuggets heres how.

Ingredients
2 Small chicken breasts
1 egg white


coating is
25g rice krispies (5 syns)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
seasoning or spices whatever you prefer... i used steak seasoning and it worked well

preheat oven at 200

cut chicken breast into bit size bits

get rice krispies in a food bag with salt, garlic powder and spices and use a rolling pin to break up the rice krispies
shake bag to mix


use 1 L egg white for dipping chicken in before putting into the bag to coat chicken

place on a baking tray or use the non stick paper you can buy to stop them sticking

spray with fry light (i used the butter one )

and bake in oven for 20 mins until cooked and golden

totally delicious and as there are 2 servings only 2 1/2 syns for each!

good for the kids too :)

Up early this morning, kids got me up! 6am on the first day of the holidays!! Typical!!!

Been to a festival which was fantastic! there were loadsa beer tents and nice food stall... these i find so hard to resist!! i just love hog roast!!! But i resisted whilst others had Sausages and Burgers.. i had my fruit. .. i also took some equator beer which is syn free :))

When i go home i had a massive bowl of pasta and salad with goats cheese (hexb)

So all is going to plan and feeling like I have regained some control over my eating.... Weigh in is wednesday hoping to lose anything!!!

I am away thursday for 3 night with he OH..... Gotta remain in control even then!! I can do it!

well off today to have a lovely day with my little boy... so looking forward to it, going to take him strawberry picking i think :) then for a picnic and to b and m to get some bargains!! also must get to iceland to get some of their free foods i have been reading about on here!!!

Yeee haa!! 1st weigh in and now 13st 6lbs!!!

6lb loss in first week :)

I was questioning yesterday if I was eating too much but I have just answered my wn question there!! Guess not!!! :)
