Hi Everyone just in the middle of my first week on slimmin world extra easy. lost 3 stone last year with lipotrim but all but 10lb has gone straight back on!!!:mad::break_diet:So now gonna try and get off what i need to with slimming world am prepared to be here for the long hall realised there is no quick fix. Here's my diary for today. any advice or tips much appreciated!!:)

Extra Easy
HXa will always be 250ml ss milk.

Breakfast-8am.
1 slice WM toast (HXB)
tim chopped tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
cup of tea with milk from allwance.

Lunch-12.30pm
Jacket Potatoe
5 slices wafer thin ham
baked beans
bananna

4pm
Jacket potatoe
sweetcorn
tuna (canned in brine)
extra light mayo 1 level tbsp = 1/2 syn.

Supper-7.30pm.
WW sweet chilli chicken=2 1/2 syn
2 clementines
Mullerlight Manadarin Yoghurt.

Snacks
Mullerlight strawberry youghurt
Alpen light choc & fudge bar=3 syns
Jelly tots 46g bag (shared with DD)=7 syns.

WATER=2 LITRES :checkmark green:

TOTAL SYNS = 13....
Let me know if there is anything wrong guys will appreciate it being my first week!!!

28g porridge
bananna
2 clementines

Lunch
5 thin sliced turkey
chicken breast pieces
2 boiled eggs
cherry toms
beetroot
pickled onions
mixed lettuce, cabbage & carrots
sweetcorn
cucumber

Dinner
Syn free thai beef stir fry.:)
UB express chicken sav rice = 2 1/2 syns

Snacks
Manadarine mullerlight yoghurt
3 custard creams = 9 syns :eek:

drank 1.5 litres of water
diet coke

swam 20 lengths in the pool!:D:)

Again if anyone has any advice/tips for me please reply much appreciated!!:)
