soon2bslimmer77 EE food diary!!

    mon 4th jan

    breakfast: 2 weetabix as HE:B
    milk from HE:A 350ml skimmed
    2 tsp sugar 2 syn cant have sweetner on cereal it tastes yuk lol will have some fruit between now and lunch xx

    Lunch: syn free quiche made some small ones last night bit frazzled on tp lol but eatable i put mushrooms and ham in it, muller light, bag of french fries yum, fruit, might nip out in my lunch hour and get a syn free salad x

    Dinner: tbc lol might make a lasagne, well i had a lasagne with all free food appart from some lowlow and light mozzeralla was ok but not great not enough seasoning :-( am making the low syn trifel at the mo x x x

    Thought it was about time i added something else, will try to keep it updated on my days off. Today is a day off work ill with a blinking nasty cold.

    breakfast:

    1 pack of asda mango, melon and pineapple :angel09:

    Well I forgot i started a food diary long time ago lol so I am going to start useing it again so here goes:::: hello all :553:

    Sunday 27th November!

    Breakfast: 2 light choices cumberland sausage, 2 bacon madalions, scrambled egg, tinned toms, mushrooms, beans.

    lunch: nevear had any was so stuffed after breakfast

    Dinner: Tuna past bake in the family meals cookbook was not that nice kids loved it though, made 1/2 syn roulard put a choc options in the quark filling so couple of extra syns had a slice of that too was lush

    am going to have a load of fruit now as i have not had any so far oops
