am glugging black coffee in a bid to induce it lol...

hope its not tmi for everyone.

still in shock that ive done a full 7 days. normally fail at weekends but am determined to lose a few lbs for crimbo.

hope you are all ok!

I recommend Psyillium (sp?) Husks as they help although it probably wont be instant.

It is a really common problem so am sure someone will be around shortly to advise you.

I had this as well so you are not alone! I found that I needed to up my water intake, so I now aim for 3.5 to 4 litres a day, I did take 1/2 a senokot tablet just to get me going, and once I had gone once I was fine.

You might want to try have a glass of water before your shakes as well as I find that helps me.

its ok... 2 strong black coffees and it has resolved itself!!!

sorry again if tmi!

i only expect to go once/twice a week so no biggy (well actually...lol)...

just wish it was before w.i, oh well.
