Just had my first weigh in and I lost 10 lbs. I'm over the moon. Can hardly believe I got thru my first week on 100%. The Ketostix still only showing a trace, but I'm drinking an awful lot of water, so I hope it's just that my ketones are diluted! Thanks everyone for your support - I couldn't have got thru the week without you. I'm so thrilled.

By the way, I rang up Lipotrim to query my Ketostix reading cos I expected to be at the purple end but was told that a trace or one + is the best reading and that if you go too far to the right, it could indicate a problem. :D
