Well, after reading many of these, i have decided to do my own.
I joined class about 6 weeks ago. I am doing mostly Extra Easy.
I am horrifically picky and horrifically poor at the moment, so I am doing my best to follow the plan :)

Breakfast:
Apple, banana, Mullerlight yogurt, 1 slice brown bread HxB

Lunch:
Rice, onions, garlic, peppers, f.f natural yogurt, curry paste

Tea:
Turkey, potatoes, lettuce, cucumber, f.f natural yogurt, mint.

Snacks:
Options Hot Chocolate

I will add any more if I eat anything else today :)
