Hi everyone :D

Summer is fast aproaching and my goal is to look fab! As for the past few summers I have covered up in unflattering clothes to hide the dreaded sins.

My start weight is 14st.
Calories to keep to everyday - under 1500
Exercise x4 a week.

Day 1

Special k with semi-skimmed milk
Salt and vinegar spiral (boots)
Skinny Hazelnut latte
Hummous and Falafel salad
Fishcake, potato wedges and beans
Drinks: Shapers Cream soda. Diet dr pepper. Latte skinny

Exercise: Walking.


Day 2
Special k with semi-skimmed milk
Salt and vinegar spiral (boots)
Skinny latte
Hummous and Falafel salad
Special K bar
Dinner not sure

5 s/f strawberry and cream drops.

Drinks - S/F red bull. Water

Exercise - 1hr walking. Gym. 45mins of bootcamp class.

yeh you can do it, just keep your mind set on what you want to do. i had a tough week last week becuase i bought new scales and they put a extra half stone on me, i kept going tho and i did lose some weight and this week is just flying by i carnt wait to see what i can lose this week:D
