Morning Sophie, so I hope it was a nice M day for you love, I had a great Saturday, rugby all afternoon and then cricket in the evening. Too my Mum and all the family out yesterday for lunch.

Yeah I had a lovely mothers day - got treat to an atkins friendly Nandos, then spent the afternoon with my mum, son & fiance. Gorgeous weather & good company, what more could a mum want?!
Haven't been on here for a while as I've been laid up with flu! always a guarentee when the sunny weather comes! been trying to keep to plan now that I've passed the 1 stone mark, but I've gotta admit I fell off the wagon the last 3 days, not gonna dwell on it that much. But the scales haven't gone up so even if I stay the same this week it'll be a bonus.......
Back on it as of today though - homemade burgers for tea, delicious
