Sophs Healthy eating and exercise diary!

    Mon 29th

    B-Weatabix minis fruit and nut
    L-Chicken,mushroom and rice soup with x4 low cal crackers.
    S-Pineapple and l/f vanilla yogurt
    S-After gym...Alpen light chocolate and orange bar.
    D-M&S Moray cod with mash and veg (lowcal) and a hot cross bun.

    Drinks- Water 2lts. 1 skinny latte. 1 Hazelnut hot choccie with skimmed milk.
    Exercise - 15min bike,15mins crosstrainer. 5mins stepper. 12x4 reps on leg weights. And a hour Aerobic class.

    Tues 20th

    B-Hot cross bun plain.
    L- Same as yesterday.
    S- Grapes
    S- WW Ginger and lemon biscuits
    D-1/2 a small sloppy guiseppe pizza with potato wedges.
    S 2 finger kit kat and a hot cross bun eeek!!

    Drinks- 1 tea with skimmed milk. Skinny mocha (Nescaffe) x2 Water.
    Exercise-30min on cross trainer. 45min Spin class. Walking.

    Apart from my post gym hunger on tues its going ok :D

    Wed 30th

    B- Alpen light bar
    S-Instant golden syrup porridge made with water.
    L-Mixed egg salad + l/f sour cream and chive chrisps
    S-Mango
    D-Ravoli
    Drinks- tea with skimmed milk. Roobios tea x2. Skinny nescaffe mocha. Water.

    Exercise- Walking to and from gym 60mins. Gym work - Cross trainer, bike and stepper. Tummy weights and leg weights 1-1.5hrs
