Sophs s/f diary.

Day 4 now.
Survived the weekend with 2 hiccups.

  • Only having 1 s/f meal a day.
  • And going over my calories
Oh well learnt from my mistake. Keep going. Weigh in day is Friday so hopefully I will see a result.

B: Strawberry s/f shake. Caffe latte 100cal

TB: Herbal tea and a s/f snack bar 99 cal.

L: Strawberry s/f shake.

TB: Pack of grapes and apple 100cal

D:x2 cod cakes, 3 new potatoes, salad and corn on the cob

Snack: A turkey ham sandwich with salad cream.


Drinks. Water
Exercise. walking.

Thoughts - Need to add more exercise this week.

Today went ok, but really struggling with headaches at the moment and then gave into the ham sandwich.

Hey, Unfortunatly I gave up on s/f as I struggled with the shakes and bars.
Gone back to rosemary conley now. How you getting on? x
