Sorry to ask but I've been on LT for two weeks now and I'm really struggling going to the toilet - any suggestions? If you take anything to ease does it affect the diet? Please try to keep responses clean and legal ha ha x

hey Sarah-Louise Clean and legal..... hhhmmmm ok.... I personally found Fibre clear useless, I found ducolax too strong and I found senokat perfect.
