So I was checking through the items in my SotW goody bag and it got me thinking about what you guys put in there.
Me this week I put in a tin of Pears in Natural Juice a low syn sweet treat which I was very pleased to be taking home again. Quite often I pop in a Packet of Pasta 'n' Sauce, but I would like to pop in some interesting/unusual treats for people.
I was very pleased with some of the weeks offerings like a packet of pasta, hifi bars, pasta 'n' sauce, can of diet coke and a totally syn free bottle of conditioner
However there were a couple of items, that I am sure were not meant to be as bad as they are. A 40 gram bag of dried fruit and seeds (11 syns) and a full fat packet of super noodles (7 syns). This may explain why some people don't lose weight when they think they have been 100% if they didn't know the syn values of these before they put them in the basket (that or they are sabotaging knowing full well what the points are
)
So basically I was wondering what do you pop in the basket and what are the best/worst items you have received as SotW.
