I'm just wondering if it is ok to use soup as a 1/3 of superfree with my lunch and/or dinner?
I made a big saucepan of soup with carrots, swede, tomatoes and lentils and I was wondering if it counts as a 1/3 if I have a bowl of it before my meals.
Has anyone tried this and still lost weight on EE?
