Tescos vegetable soup in a mug with croutons...
Magazine says: 0.5syns
1 syn per 20kcals rule says: 5 syns
2009 syn directory says: 4.5syns

Any help please? I want to listen to the magazine!

Yes, it's a printing error. I did post a warning on the main Slimming World forum but I guess it's a few pages behind now. They're actually 5.5 Syns, not 0.5, 4.5 or 5!

Thanx for your help although I wish they were only half a syn, they are really handy

I wonder how many people have bought loads and are eating them everyday thinking they are only half a syn, oh dear slimming world magazine!
