looks free to me ..... it just depends on the stock cube you use and how many portions you made. it might be 1pp for the stock cube.

It was a knorr veg one that I used...couldn't see it on the list! thank you!

I'm yet to try the soup but I will defo let you know when I do :)

Just tried it and it was nice!! I just fried 3 garlic cloves and 1 onion in the spray oil...added about a pint and a half of stock, brought it to the Boil and added chopped mushrooms and parsley...seasoned, simmered for 20 mins and blended :)

knorr veg stock cube is 1pp ... so would assume the reduced salt ones will also be 1pp ? .... if you only made 1 portion of soup i would count 1pp to be on the safe side .... if its more then one portion i wouldn't worry about it :)

kool that's good then :) ... i think i still have 2 tubs of soup in my fridge that i made a few days ago. i might eat some if i'm peckish later :) ..... although i must admit my soup is more veg then stock, lol :)
