Soup & Smoothies

    Hi,

    Quick question...

    I know i cant blend my fruit to have smoothies......so does this mean i cant blend my vegetables in the soup because this will schange the structure of the food?!

    Confused!!

    yes u can blend soup and its still syn free:)

    you can blend veggies to make soup because vegetables don't contain anywhere near as much sugar as fruit.

    As above, you can do pretty much anything to veg and it'll still be syn free. Blended/canned/cooked fruit must be synned, but usually it's only a pretty small amount of syns, so if it's something you enjoy, it's probably still worth doing, just keep an eye on the syns. Remeber, nothing is forbidden on SW!
