soup!!!

    my cdc told me when making the soup dont have the water boiling hot. i like my soups boiling hot so would i be able to put it into the microwave after ive blended it?

    Hi

    I just boil the kettle and leave it a couple of mins then pour in after all who wants cold soup..............has not done me any harm so far...hope this helps...............X

    i've always done it with boiling water becuase i couldnt bare lukewarm soup....but i know its not something your supposed to do, just dont really know why....

    neither can i i like my soup boiling hot.whats the chicken and mushroom soup like thats what im having for dinner.

    Chick & Mushroom not bad but I prefer the Mushroom on its own..........had leek & Potato yest and did not like it at all.......x

    I'm afraid I've poured boiling water on all my soups and shakes, even though we're not really supposed to. :eek: I've certainly lost the weight and feel fine, although I might have clobbered a few nutrients along the way. :) Porridge is the only thing you can actually cook, I would imagine cooking soup would pretty much destroy its nutritional value (which is why we're not allowed to make it into crisps etc.).

    I hate porridge normally but love the apple and cinnamon porridge in CD (yeah, I'm weird lol)!
