You can use black pepper, chilli powder, tabasco sauce.
Unfortunately:
cumin (100g) - 44g carbohydrates
Turmeric is ok ( 0 carbs / 100g )
I don't know about the BBQ seasoning. Does it say anything on the label?

I think someone else mentioned they add paprika to the tomato soup too? I'm going to try that soon as its my least favourite of all the exante packs!

And me, I had a third of it earlier and wasn't that keen, So trying to make it a little tastier when I have the rest in a bit. Been splitting my soups in 2 and having 2 cups a soup styles meals so it feels like I eating 4x a day then. Have to say I like the bars and chocolate shake best at the mo, still need to try the vanilla and strawberry shakes. Is it any coffee u can add to the vanilla?

Any black coffee I guess - I just have a heaped spoon of instant in mine... yummy thats tomorrow's breakfast sorted :)
