It's not really allowed on CD, as cooking a shake will destroy/reduce the necessary nutrition that we are suppose to get from it. But people do it anyway and no one can really stop you.

I made a muffin out of 2 shakes once, which was okay, but nothing special. I never tried the crisps, as I'd probably make a mess of it.

how do you evenmake muffins or crisps?! i had no idea you could lol!

i have always stuck to the usual shakes, i feel boring now !

Thanks guys. It is good to know. The Cambridge Diet has a thread on all the recipes that you can make from the diet packs, but I must say if it kills the nutrients I'd stick to having them in the prescribed way. The crisps thing sounds nice though. mmmm

I didn't read properly earlier :eek: but the same goes for soup. It should be made up with warm but not boiling water, so cooking it will still affect the nutritional values.
