hi all,
ok, day 2, was 100% yesterday!! Had a strawberry shake for bf which was ok, ended up being really busy rushing about all day so didn't have my 'lunch' till 5pm!! i had the thai soup, which I really didn't like and then went to the cinema and had a bar which lasted ages, quite enjoyed it! By the time I left the cinema at 11pm, I was starving though!! Hoping my tummy rumbles will go when I get into ketosis!!!!
Anyway the question is that I think I am going to find having the soups quite difficult. The one I had yesterday was very frothy which made me feel quite ill!! I'm not a big soup person anyway but don't mind watery cup a soups!! I tried adding a load of stuff to it - tabasco, chilli flakes, salt, pepper! but i think it is the consistancy that was the main issue. Has anyone any suggestion for me to improve the soups!! I'm having the veg one at lunch today, then the mushroom for dinner but dreading it!!!
