I've also just found out that oyster sauce is only half a syn for a level tbsp. I love that in my stirfries.

worcester sauce has anchovies in, i told my bf and now he wont eat it as he 'doesnt like any fish' even tho he used to eat it and love it lol

I didn't either - dunno what I thought was in it, *goes to check bottle* *comes back* mine only has like soya and some long names of what are probably chemicals in - but no mention of anchovies! xxx

are you checking worcester sauce or soya sauce rainbow?

worcester sauce definately has anchovies in it - i haven't had any for 15 god damned years because of that! lol they do a vegetarian one in asda, but it's a bit dusty and look an odd colour so i've never bought it!
