SP advice - Slimming world newbie

Hi all!

Just wondering if anyone could shed any light on SP days? I’m pretty new to SW (5 weeks in) and have been doing fairly well so far but I’ve heard that people use SP days to supercharge their losses and just wondered what exactly it entails? Any advice/ recipe ideas would also be gratefully received!!
