so i think im gonna mix it up a bit this week i stopped sp cos i was losing concentration and then stopping losing weight. so tomorrow i plan on having some brown pasta and tuna salad for my lunch so will have to have a think about it
 
I have been throwing in a few SP days this week. Finding them ok but I do have to stop and think about the fruit and the vast choice is really the only thing I do miss on SP. I weigh tomorrow, so will find out what I've lost (if anything) then.

Good luck with what you decide to do. I take it you won't be doing SP tomorrow if you're having pasta?
 
Nope I'm on normal but think I may be sping tomorrow.
 
I SP a lot during the week these days, I got for entire weeks on SP and have mixed losses. I generally have better success, the longer I follow SP tbh :)
