    Morning guys,

    Just on my way into work & have just picked up the following:

    Chicken & Bacon Pasta Salad (Spar)
    Serving Size: 100 g, Calories: 149, Fat: 6.4g, Carbs: 25.2g, Protein: 10.3g

    Any ideas what syns might be for Green Day?

    Thanks alot,

    Using pasta (dried) cooked as the main ingredient syns are;

    1½ Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy

    1½ Syn per package/portion on Green

    4½ Syns per package/portion on Original

    That's per 100g so just check the pack size :)
