Spark Of Light - Diary

Hey Everyone.

I thought it would be a good idea to start a diary on here to record my ups and downs of my journey into weight loss.

My current weight is 215LBS I started at 225LBS and lost 10LBS solo but I really think I could do so much better with the loving support of this forum.

Been out today and stocked my fridge with lots of heathly food! Lots of Salads, Tuna, Eggs etc.

I really put my mind in focus at the store, There were so many tastey temptations but I thought to myself "Change! Don't fall for this" and it worked.

I have decided my main exercise will be my Rowing Machine which I'm pretty new to but I'm sure I will get it.

At the moment I feel excited and scared, Excited about loseing the weight and getting in shape but scared of failing, I guess this is normal though.

I am also sorting my sleeping routine out, I used to go to bed at 2-3am and get up around 11am - 1pm......

So now my bedtime is Midnight and asleep by 1am and awake at 9:30am and I will slowly make my bedtime earlier and earlier til it's a good solid rountine.

Well I did my first weigh in on the 7th!
And I was down to 212.0 which is a loss of 3.2LBS!!!

Dreaded next Fridays weigh in lol hope I can keep up work.

Gonna start using my Rowing Machine this week too, I have been told to do 2-3 5mins a day and work up by adding 1-3 mins every other day.

Hello Everyone!
It's that time of week again! Yes my Weekly Weigh in DIARY!

Well I feel really positive today! it's now 11am and I have just had my weigh in and TADA! 209.0!!!!!!
I have broken then 210.0 Mark And lost 3.0Lbs!!!

Really happy with that!!

I have been drinking alot more water and tried to become alot more active.
I am currently suffering from a bad back but not letting that stop me!
