Hey! Hope you don't mind me popping in - your food diary caught my attention.

Can I just say, congratulations on your progress so far! You're doing amazingly well, and should be so proud of yourself! Over 8lb gone in 2 weeks is fantastic.

Your meals look very yummy too! Lots of variety out there.

I am sure you will continue to do well, as you seem completely focused and "in the zone". Good luck for your next weigh in tomorrow - I will pop in again and see how you get on. Well done on making such a great start :)

Thank you so much for that! Great to have positive feedback from others!
Today and yesterday were a bit repetitive but it's payday tomorrow and cupboards were low on inspiration! Have a shopping list ready based on a few nice recipes I've got from the Slimming World website!
Bit of a bummer as didn't get my run in tonight as my childcare fell through but I'll be on it on Friday again!
Weigh in tomorrow morning, it will slow down now I think but anything will be good this week after beer and pizza last sat!

Week 4, day 1:

Weigh in: lost 1.2lbs (9.6lbs so far, so close (0.8) to being back in the 10 stones range, that's my aim for next week!)

Breakfast:
Porridge oats and canderel

Snack:
Blackberries & cherries

Lunch:
Beef salad with low fat super noodles, activia ff strawberry yoghurt

Tea:
Peach (I know it's bad but as I got stranded in Newcastle in a bus queue for over 2 hours, I didn't get in till 9:50pm so ate something light and went to bed!)

Weekly Syns so far:
0 Syns

Well done on another fab loss! I betcha you'll be in the 10's this time next week ;) x

Thanks Princess! I've bought a short summer skirt for our holidays in 5 weeks time so best keep it up!

Oooh, lovely! :D Where are you off to on your holidays - anywhere nice? x

Alcudia, we have the waterpark as part of our all-inclusive deal so need to be slimmer ha ha

Oh, excellent! I have never been, but have heard it is lovely, so I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time!

I'm going to Marmaris in 9 and a half weeks! I'm very excited. Looking to lose another stone by then, fingers crossed!! We have an olympic sized pool complete with waterslides at our hotel, so I know the feeling lol!

It's good to have a target date I think, means you're less likely to go off track thinking oh well it doesn't matter!
Never been to Marmaris but pool sounds fab!
This is our first holiday abroad as a family, last time I left the country was ten years ago on our honeymoon! I have 8.5 year old twin girls and they're so excited!
