    I was going to have some special K for my breakfast this morning. I havent yet activated my monthly pass so cant check online, but from using the little wheel thingy i have worked out that its 5pp per 30g!! That cant be right surely?! Can someone clarify this for me?

    Not sure with SpecialK, but 5 or 6 pp would sound about right for a bowl of cereal with skimmed milk. I tend to eat fruit and fibre, and that's 6pp if I remember correctly

    Yeah think it works out at 5pp for 30g cereal with 125ml semi skimmed milk.
