Superspeed soup, fish week, lemon in drinks/food or by just following the plan 100% & believing in it!
 
Increase body magic,increase water,scan bran by the bucket full,loads of superfree, eating yr brekky as soon as you get up. Hope this helps

Lots of fish such as Salmon, Mackerel (not the smoked stuff in the chiller tho!)

mackeral and fish
and loads of melon
lemon juice in water
i lost 4 n half pound this week
needless to say im trying to repeat the week
i also had chickpea dahl bake loads too
really filling and lovely

Well yes me too, cant stand the stuff personally, but we have a member who had to do the scan bran challenge one week and she has done it ever since and come in with really fab losses. She even takes the stuff on holiday now, I sold 4 packets to her one week lol
 
I love tinned mackerel, eat it by the bucketful, and melons too. Although sometimes they arent as nice as others, quite expensive and small at the moment in Asda too, but I still buy them.
