Speed up weight loss??

    Hi,
    I seriously fell off the wagon months ago :cry: but time is a ticking and i need to get this weight off! Are there any foods that i can eat that are going to speed up weight loss?

    Any ideas appreciated :)

    try looking through your book for any food with either an 'S' symbol or an 'SS', this means those foods will 'speed' or 'superspeed' your weight loss! off the top of my head i know that melon and strawberries are superspeed fruits x

    Damn, the formatting didn't come out in my last post.
    But basically, all of those foods listed are either Speed or SuperSpeed and will help to speed up your weight loss.

    Melon and any kind of berries are a pretty painless way to speed up weightloss :)

    And plenty of water !

    I also finding having scan bran as my HEb speeds lots of things up :)
