spiced onions...

2 medium onions chopped
5tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp mint sauce
2 tsp mango chutney (optional)

mix onions and chilli in a bowl, add all other ingredients mix well and leave in fridge for an hour before eating!

i worked it out to be about 2points, and goes great with chicken tikka and rice...its yummmm
