Spices or Herbs on SS+? (food mentioned)

    Hi All...

    I'm on week 3 of SS+ and am having a bit of chicken/fish on Fri and Sat nights to make things more interesting.

    Do you know if I can use any spices or herbs to make my plain ol' chicken taste nicer please?

    When I've done my add a meal week, I've added basil/parsley to my meals. I think I have read that this is fine. x

    Everytime I drink a CD mushroom soup it reminds me of a mushroom sauce that you'd pour over chicken and rice. Maybe you could cut up some chicken and mix with a thick mushroom soup?

    Hi, I have read about people using paprika, curry powder and mixed herbs on here. There is a great thread with recipes on here for the 810 plan which you can adapt for ss+. Good luck x

    Herbs and spices are fine for ss+ - I've used lots of both and it's never affected either my losses or ketosis!
