Spicy BNS burgers

400g peeled and grated Butternut Squash
2tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2tsp chopped green chillies
1tbsp chopped ginger
1/2tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Mix all ingredients together and shape into burgers 2inch diameter, 1/2 inch thickness. Pat dry with kitchen roll. Rest in fridge for at least 20min. Pan-fry on a medium heat. Serve with salad and cold meats. Yum Yum.
