spicy parsnip soup

Just though I'd share a soup I have just made.

2 large onions
2 carrots
3 parsnips
1/2 butternut squash
2 sticks celery
1x knorr chicken stock pot
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
2 cloves garlic

Basically chop all veg, add to 1.5 l of water, add the stock and spices and simmer for 30 mins and blend.

Really lovely and free on ee and green :)
